The surgeon will suggest some measures to follow during the healing period of the first six weeks, for instance, not exercising, lifting weights, or undertaking strenuous activity. Wear a support bra to help the breast tissues heal well.
The patient can ideally get back to regular activity after this period of 10 days to two weeks. However, it may take 3 months for the complete healing. You can see the final results in 3 to 6 months. Breast shape continues improving even up to a year.
